Commissions Policy

Consulting for Commissions-  Discussion of commisions may take place through a number of ways, Instagram DM, Facebook DM, Depop DM, email, etc. Clients should only contact official AETNSTAC addresses. The official site is www.aetnstac.com. All official AETNSTAC social media or selling profiles will have the name AETNSTAC and will be connected to aetnstac@gmail.com. Never send money to an account or profile that you cannot confirm as official. AETNSTAC is not responsible for funds sent to an entity that is not an official AETNSTAC account.

Pricing- The pricing of a commision is entirely decided by AETNSTAC. The cost of materials, time, labor, custom sizing, and difficulty of the commission are all taken into account.

Sizing- In order to begin a commission, AETNSTAC and the customer must discuss specific measurements to ensure all parties are satisfied with the commission. Once AETNSTAC and the customer have agreed upon said measurements the commission may commence at earliest available time ( refer to Production below). It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate measurements. AETNSTAC is responsible for following these measurements.

Production- The length of time required for a commision is based upon the difficulty of the commission and the amount of current commissions. Commissions are processed in the order in which they are received. When the production of a commission is started customers can expect 2-4 weeks for completion.

Up Front Deposit- A deposit before the creation process may be required if AETNSTAC regards the commission to be too personal or particular to sell . The price of the deposit will be a fraction of the total price, decided by AETNSTAC. Deposits are non-refundable and are requested to protect the cost of production.

Termination of Commission- If a client can't/doesn't want to continue the commission they should contact AETNSTAC immediately. AETNSTAC have the right to sell any commission that a client has abandoned.

Quality guarantee- AETNSTAC takes full responsibility for the quality of products, but does not claim them to be invincible. Any product deemed to have a defect will be fully refunded or serviced for free. A defect in a product is defined as an error in production of the product, and the product not performing in the way represented. A defect is not the same as wearing out over time or intentional abuse. The deciding of whether a product is defective or not is entirely up to AETNSTAC.
